What the system consists of

  1. 1

    Substrate preparation

We clean, repair defects and apply a primer that ensures adhesion.

  2. 2

    First layer

We apply the first layer of microcement and sand it once dry.

  3. 3

    Second layer

The second layer sets the final texture and colour.

  4. 4

    Protection

A polyurethane or epoxy lacquer closes the surface and determines water resistance.

Colours and textures

The palette runs from light whites and greys to graphites and warm beiges. Before doing the whole surface we show colour and texture on a sample, so there are no surprises.

Palette

Eight shades to start the conversation

Microcement is tinted through its mass, so colour is not paint on top but part of the material. We start from a few calm shades and tune them to the light, wood and stone in your interior.

Microcement questions

Does microcement crack?

Not on a properly prepared, stable substrate. Cracks in the substrate can show through the coating, which is why we inspect and repair it before we start.

Is microcement slippery?

We can choose a finish with more grip, for example for showers. Smooth finishes are kept for walls and dry areas.

How do I clean it?

With a soft mop and a mild, neutral cleaner. Avoid aggressive chemicals and hard brushes. You get care instructions at handover.

What warranty do you give?

Two years on workmanship, provided use and care follow the instructions.
